What's the difference between a personal chef and a private chef?
  A private chef is employed by one individual or family full time, and is often "living in" and preparing up to 3 meals a day.
A Personal Chef serves several clients, usually one per day, and provides multiple meals that are custom designed to the clients particular requests and requirements. These meals can be packaged and stored or served immediately in a dinner party setting.
How long does it take to cook?
  Since everything is made from scratch it generally takes about 4 hours to prepare your selected entrees and the accompanying side dishes. We cannot say exactly how many hours since each menu is different, but we will be happy to make arrangements in advance so that our cooking fits into your schedule.
Do you have to cook in my kitchen?
  Yes, although it would be nice to be able to stay at home and cook for you, however, that would be considered catering and the health department requires an approved commercial kitchen for catering.
What portion are the individual meals packaged?
  Your meals are packaged according to your preferences Family-style, for two, or individually.
How do I reheat the frozen meals?
  Heating meals is very easy and convenient. We will leave detailed heating instructions for each entree and side dish.
Can I have more than one entree choice?
  Yes, however a $10.00 per person fee will apply
Can you cook for people with dietary restrictions?
  Yes, we will customize the menu to fit the needs of you and  your guests.  Certain menu restrictions may carry an additional surcharge.
How far will you travel?
  Anyplace between Brunswick and Ogunquit Maine.
Will you deliver the food already cooked?
  No, there needs to be cooking facilities at your location.  All meals are prepared in your kitchen and either frozen or served immediately.
Can I afford a personal Chef?
  When you consider the cost of groceries, the time to plan a variety of healthy meals, shopping, cooking, and clean up time, you'll find the pricing to be quite affordable. You and your guests can dine in the comfort of your own home on healthy food, selected and prepared to your preferences.
