How long does it take to cook? |

Since everything is made
from scratch it generally takes about 4 hours to prepare your
selected entrees and the accompanying side dishes. We cannot say
exactly how many hours since each menu is different, but we will
be happy to make arrangements in advance so that our cooking
fits into your schedule. |

Do you have to cook in my kitchen? |

Yes, although it would be
nice to be able to stay at home and cook for you, however, that
would be considered catering and the health department requires
an approved commercial kitchen for catering. |

Can I have more than one entree choice? |

Yes, we will customize the menu to fit the needs
of you and your guests. Certain menu restrictions
